Willy Lump Lump and Lucy!

Recently I acquired two new birds! I got the call from my good friend Susie Christian that she wanted her two galahs to come live with me. I said YES let me know when you want me to come? A few weeks go by and the weather was good for me to travel from Riverside to Morro Bay for the weekend. I said good for me is it good for you? She said yes!

It was April 8 and I was on the road. I had grabbed two cages, towels, and bowls. So looking forward to seeing Susie. We have been friends for a long time. I would do anything for her. I drove through LA and then Ventura. Now my beautiful drive I so look forward to along the coast. I am listening to the Almond Brothers in tranquility now. It's around 4:00 and I arrive! Hugs! Love Susie! I

We talk and enjoy each other and her birds. Then off to our favorite place to eat when I go there. Giovanni's! Clam Chowder is the best! She also told me the calamari is great too. It was! Came back to the house and I am spending the night. I brought my tv so we hooked it up to prime video and watched Mel Gibson movies. Blood Father is a great movie!

It's morning now and we both have things to be done by noon. Off to breakfast! I just loved where she took me. Carla's County Kitchen! So as we walked Susie says looking at the menu that she painted the design and name. I share it on the t-shirt I got while there! Susie is quite the artist!

It's time to get the birds. Susie is telling some history on them before she got them. Willy Lump Lump was about two months old when she got him from a breeder.  Richard Furzer the breeder and friend you can see on Susie's blog http://www.eclectusville.com/Richard_Furzer.html. The story is when Willy Lump Lump was born Mom galah may have gotten on his back and that crippled him. Lucy and her story is that her friend Don gave her to Susie. He had gotten her from somebody else who said she had gotten caught up in wire. Willy Lump Lump can fly! He flies very well too! Lucy can't, very sad. They have taken to each other very well <3. So now they have made it in separate cages and we are on our way home!

It's been a few weeks and Charlie and I are really enjoying these two!
